Select your desired product, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

  • Can I modify my order after placing it?

If the order has not yet entered processing, you may contact customer support to request changes. Once processing or shipping begins, modifications are no longer available.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of payment, provided they have not entered processing. Please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for details.

2. Payment

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?

Please verify that your card details are correct or contact your issuing bank to confirm there are no restrictions.

  • Are there additional payment fees?

We do not charge additional credit card processing fees. The total displayed at checkout is the final amount payable.

3. Shipping

  • Do you ship outside Australia?

At this time, we only deliver within Australia.

  • How long does shipping take?

Order processing time is 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • How can I track my order?

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your order number along with your email or phone number.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Can I request a return or exchange?

Yes. You may apply within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard) and are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Who covers the return shipping cost?

If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue or incorrect item, we bear the reasonable shipping cost. For returns without product defects, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
